I'd like some feedback on these photos.
One was with a flash straight on, the other I made a diffuser and is alos straight on.

Second is with the flash and first with diffuser? Well i guess it works, as far as i can see. You got less unwanted reflections on the doll's dress. i made myself a diffuser for K-x onboard flash out of a white 35mm film plastic box (cylinder shape) by cutting a space on the length so it can fit horizontally on top of the flash. i just fix it in place with the cap after.

The second one is with the flash straight on. As far as the color shift, I was wondering about that myself. I'm not sure if it was a color shift, or the slightly underexposed shot had a deeper color. If you notice the purple to the right of the doll, it's also a deeper color.
The diffuser was made by cutting a white card (cardboard card) and making it into a rectangle to fit around my flash. The front of the "card" I covered with parchment paper (the type used for baking).
