Hi, can anyone tell me what the best format setting I should use with my K-R. The flash says 35mm,645,67, and seems to work with all settings.

Your camera should set the proper format (Digital) automatically when you half press the shutter release button. You can manuallyset it to 35, 645, or 67 if you have an older film camera. If you use an AF lens, the focal length will be set automatically also, and if it is a zoom it will adjust as you change the focal lenght.
