Yongnuo or Neewer?

I'm looking to get two manual flashes so I can use them off camera. I'm looking at the YN560 and noticed that one says its made by Yongnuo and the other is a YN560 made by Neewer. I was wodering if there is any difference or is the latter just re-badged. The difference in price is about $12 a piece cheaper if I go with the Neewer version, money that could go towards Eneloops. Both are sold through Amazon.

I've bought from Neewer through ebay before, from what I remember he's just a seller. (No complaints with what I bought from him though!!)

I therefore suspect that his flashes are rebadged Yongnuo ones.

I can confirm that there is (or should not be) no difference between the flashes. I have bought 4 of them,
but I always made sure, that they are the latest (updated) models. Generally you want to get the one with the
metal hot-shoe mount. These units also should have the fix for their zoom head. Quite pleased with them.

Thank you guys. I will just go ahead and order two of them and I will make sure they have the metal shoe mount.
