Looking for a powerful, cheap flash

I'm looking for a powerful, cheap flash. Something that I can use off camera as a second flash in some really dark shooting conditions. I have a wireless transmitter and a couple recievers. I mount a 540 on a bracket and was thinking of adding a second flash on a stand off to the side of me for some more fill light. It doesnt have to have a bunch of fancy features, just something that will work manually.

Vivitar 285HV maybe?? Pretty basic, not as strong as the 540 but a decent price and a good reputation.
