Pentax doesn't make a traditional TTL cable but rather a cooler one that costs more money. Basically you purchase a hotshoe adapter which gives you a sync port and another hotshoe incase you want to mount something else on top, then you buy a 3 meter long straight cable with metal screw in ends, then a hotshoe adapter for an off camera flash. You connect everything and viola you have a very long extension from your camera to any flash. It'll run about $100 if not more while the promaster cable is typically $69.99. I have the promaster cable and the pentax cable sytem and both work great.
