What flash? Noob

I need a flash. Thats pretty much all I know. But I do know what I`ll use it for....

1.Outdoor photography at night (fishing trips)

2.Macro/close-up photos of wildlife, flowers etc

3. To some extend macro-photography inside

I need a flash that:

1.Can fit on my istDs
2.Can be operated by IR
3. I can mount on a "fot" or a small pod or something
4.Not to expensive

I know this is a hopeless question-any tips will be appreciated

EDIT:
I just realized something-I`m not sure Pentax even has IR function for flash

simple answer is the AF540FGZ.

Not sure about IR operation, wireless uses visible light in the pre flash I believe
