Pentax Af 360

Hey guys,

I was wondering if someone could help me with my flash. The flash fails to trigger beyond a focal length of 28mm even in the PTTL mode. It only triggers at 28mm. I have tried with new batteries and this happens if the flash is mounted or triggered wireless. Can any one help?

If mounted on a camera with a newer zoom lens, the flash should auto-zoom as you zoom the lens. Does it track the zoom position of the lens?

Take the flash off the camera and manually set the zoom range on the flash to say 50 mm, and then depress the test button (have to press it hard). In this case, does the test flash fire?

Yes, It tracks the zoom position of the lens. however, it does not fire at the longer focal lengths, I ill try the test button at 50mm and see what happens.
