Auto ISO With HSS Problem

Today for some reason if I put my K-5 on TV mode and use HSS it always choice ISO 80 which is no big deal since I usually shot manual when using a flash but I am wondering why it is doing this??

to prevent the flash to blow all the picture i guess.

Choose a iso value manually if HSS doesn't give enought reach.
