Christmas Light bokeh with flash

OK. Here is my set-up for this portrait:

Head shot. Subject 6 ft from tree. camera 3-4 ft from subject. Rim (loop lighting) flash camera right. YN560 @ 1/128 power, 70mm, with diffuser.
Flash 4 ft from subject.
40” silver reflector fill 18” from subject on camera left.

Camera: Pentax K-5iis, 77mm @ f2, 1/90 sec shutter, ISO 280.
