You mean by some gel or some cap? I would need strong and short as I would like to have some distance between place light is falling and flashgun.

Something like a snoot, or there are flexible reflective bounce things. You can also zoom out the flash unit which will concentrate the light.

There are lots of examples of people making things out of common household items to reflect or direct light.
