@Clackers, I've seen those very inexpensive Ice Light knockoff's but not at all certain how useful they are. Have you used yours enough to comment?

Mine wasn't cheap, Gatorguy. It's got the same power rating as the genuine Westcott, IIRC.

The length means it produces a nice soft light, but it's weak ...note that photo had to be taken at f3.2 and ISO800 on full frame, despite how close it was to the subject.

By comparison, the picture below was taken with a Godox strobe at f11 and ISO 100. There are plenty of modifiers available for it, such as the gridded beauty dish used to get the chiaroscuro effect:
