Is it dead? is it worth sending to sigma for repair which seems really expensive
What cheaper options for repair?
What Cheaper options to replace. ??
This might be a trivial question but just to cover all bases, the batteries that were occasionally left in were they regular alkaline by chance? If so, could it be they simply died, leaked and corroded the contacts? Unless something have happened to the flash while off camera (dropped, wet, humidity, etc.), it seems odd that it will simply die under storage?
