Looking at the feature list for all the other flashes on YN's website, if the YN585 had a radio receiver, it would say so, near the top. Looks like it is optical P-TTL only. Maybe there will be a "for Pentax" version of the YN685 eventually...
To be honest, this flash is only listed at 'www.khyongnuo.com', in an announcement that's in very bad English, full of errors etc. The professional page ('www.yongnuo.eu') doesn't make any mention of it yet, so there's a chance that when the full description comes out, it may mention wireless radio control.

The announcement doesn't mention HSS either, but insomniac claims that he talked to the Yongnuo people and they confirmed HSS.

Full TTL support means no 2nd flash for off-camera flash on a K1. Their chart for camera + flash units confirmed by test to function in TTL indicates all the critical Pentax & Metz flash units will work with K1, K3, K3ii, K5, K5ii, plus just about all other current or recent Pentax DSLR bodies, but not the old K20.

Have you ever read their manuals?

Seriously, though, the YN585EX page is the same format and grammatical quality as all the other flash product pages on khyongnuo. I strongly doubt that they would forget to mention compatibility with their own radio triggers among the brag points - it's the first thing they mention for both versions of the YN685. The YN585EX appears to use the body from the E/i-TTL YN568EX II, while the radio-equipped 560III/IV, 600, 660, and 685 all use a larger body. I'm just not seeing a reason to think there's a 603/560 receiver in there.

LoL... I spent an afternoon trying to figure out how pairing works... then I wrote it down once again from the top, in English this time!

Can I mount this on my camera and use TTL mode? If it will, I'm getting one. Thanks

That seems to be the point of it, yes...until now Yongnuo only offered manual flashes for Pentax. Exactly what it will be capable of is a matter of guesswork however, until they release some more information, and in English.

I hope it can be directly mounted on the k-3II. The additional hump below the 560III requires an adapter to lift the flash a bit so that it can be used on the camera.

I did a little research and it directed me to b&h. It says it's for Nikon. No news for the Pentax edition.

there is no 585 flash in there, only 685, which is other flash, not 585 that we discussing here.

I contacted Yongnuo today as I need to replace a YN560iii. They indicated - "Hopefully will be available in early 2017"

This is probably a stretch but did you ask if it was compatible with the 560TX trigger?
