I just ordered a Vivitar 285HV from Adorama. Just want to be sure that the triger voltage is ok for my IST DS. Any other comments on the flash would be appreciated..Thanks... Charles1

The voltage should be ok, but I'd check it anyway just to be safe.

We've had this discussion a few times on the PDML, the consensus over there is that the 285HV is fine with recent cameras.
