AD200 and TTL

Hi, sorry for the question but I'm a very newbie of flash-related world.

I have a K1 and a Godox AD200, that is capable of TTL.
There is some way to use this light in TTL with my K1? I also have a Cactus V6II… maybe with another one Cactus? I know that recently they have been updated to support Pentax, but I'm not sure to have fully understood what it means…

Thank you.

Please keep me updated. I have a AD600 coming on the way and would like to know how it works (assuming they are similar with ad200). Is hss working with single cactus v6ii ?

Cactus X-TTL needs a dedicated system flash for Pentax, or their own RF60/x model. For something like the Godox I think you will need to keep to the previous V6II firmware and stick with Manual mode and manual HSS via 2 V6II units ... (see the recent post in the "AD200" thread from a 645z user....)

You can fire any Godox AD200, AD360, AD600 normal and HSS mode running Pentax specific firmware PEN.A.001 using two Cactus V6ii triggers. The receiver must be set to "Manual" and attached to the strobe with a sync cord. The new Pentax firmware does not allow the for stacking of the triggers as with the older Cactus generic firmware. Therefore, the power of the flash can either be set manually or controlled by a Godox trigger X16 trigger.

To my knowledge the last Cactus firmware that would pass the HSS signal to the Godox X16 trigger was 1.1.006

You might be able to still do HSS by dropping back to Cactus V6ii firmware ver 1.1.006, and stacking a Godox X-16 trigger in the hot shoe of the on camera Cactus V6ii. You will also need to set the Camera System to "Pentax" and the Flash System to "Nikon."

Yes, I can confirm. "Flash System" can be set even on "Manual".
