Small manual flash with rotate and bounce...

... and cheap?

Just for bounce inside so manual is fine/perfect.
I'd like something like the Yongnuo 400 series or even smaller like the Godox TT-350.
Any recommendations?

I like the Pentax AF201 flash I have but it will only do vertical rotation (full up & beyond for ceiling bounce). Not as cheap as some, but very compact and has auto (supports PTTL but no HSS) & 2 manual power modes. It also has a pull-out diffusion curtain which softens and spreads the flash if needed. Fits in a pocket quite well. Weather sealed and goes for around $120US. There are reviews of it here:

I have this for my Panasonic gx-7. I haven't tested mine on my Pentax but in theory the manual settings should work. There are multiple brands offering this same flash.

The size is great and it has very flexible bounce options.

Define "cheap". What is your budget?

If full manual (non-PTTL/TTL) is acceptable consider a used Sunpak 433D/422D/444D. While a bulkier than the Godox mentioned above (4 cells vs 2 cells) they are about the same size otherwise. Can be found well under $35 USD on the used market. If you can find it dedicated for Pentax cameras it will at least set the flash sync speed.
