Cactus V6 II + X1T N + K3 HSS any success

Anyone have success stack

Top: X1T N (flash ad200 Hs)
Middle: Cactus V6 II (multi brand firmware)
Bottom: K3

I now cannot sync with HSS except full power...

Any one have solution i.e. exchange to which godox trigger to make the HSS happen?

Don't have that setup but any problems I've had with the Cactus line has always had to do with Cactus firmware.
Do you know what firmware your using?

I have try both

1.1.013

PEN.A.001

The problem is

Whenever need to deduct the flash duration of Godox AD200 for HSS you need to turn on the H (HSS) mode... but when the X1T N fire by Cactus / itself will cancel out the H mode in the flash...

I can make HSS happen by stacking other one point trigger to both flash and Cactus but the make the booming more danger

Hello,

Please consider using only the HSS-multibrand firmware version (1.1.0.13). PEN.A firmware is for TTL devices. I had no succcess using that version above 1/180 speeds.

My advice is to use this firmware version, then start with Camera=Pentax, flash=Manual, sync mode=POWER SYNC.
Also, consider using a XT16r receiver on your AD200 and disable wireless... yes, seems nosense but I need to do it for all my triggers but the XproC.

I don't have the X1T trigger, the above is just my opinion based on my experience with other triggers (FT16,XT16,XT32 and XProC).

Regards,
Javier.

Yes, with XproC I only need Cactus V6II. The XproC is detected as a valid Canon device. The HSS is handled automatically, I don't need to enable HSS manually on the AD200. I can handle normal HSS and Power Sync without touching my AD200.

Also, IMPORTANT, with my other triggers I need to (AD200 side):

* disable wireless mode
* enable HSS manually
* put a XT16R receiver on the USB port

Regards.
