Wired HSS/TTL for a remote Pentax AF540FGZ II?

Does anyone know if there is an option to take the Pentax AF540FGZ II off camera with a cable and keep HSS and TTL functions? I just want to use an umbrella/softbox a few feet to the left or right.

Sure look for ttl flash sync cords. Energizer Multi-Fit TTL Flash Cord for Select Digital ENE-TTLU

There are genuine Pentax ones but those use a cable and special hot shoe ends. 5p cables I think.

Used Pentax Hot Shoe Adapter FG 31045 B&H Photo Video

Plus the relevant cable and the other hot shoe type end.

I own the Pentax Hot Shoe Adapter F, Off-Camera Adapter F, and the dedicated cable and consider them to be poor value unless one finds them at a very low price. The adapters are very light duty. They work, though there are a few surprises if one mixes P-TTL and non-TTL flash in parallel on the same circuit.

Those, I don't own, though they might be a reasonable alternative.
