Depending on lens focal length, 10'x15' might be a little tight. Distance is our friend when attempting to maintain expected facial and body proportions. Just my $0.02 worth.

A *55 works well in that space w/APS-C as does an FA31 and Sigma 17-50 of course. I have used an FA77 and even Bower 85 but yeah the shots need to be well-considered. Ain't no full-bodies at those focal lengths unless they're sitting LOL.

Where are you located? Without HVAC your windows of opportunity for a comfortable environment will be limited. Hot summer days, cold winter days, muggy rainy days, not great times to be cooped up in a tin box with a least one other person.
Valid points- I live in Michigan.

If I do this it will be a stopgap measure until we buy a house with an area suitable for studio space.

I do have the Sigma 17-50, the 35/2.4 and the 50/1.8, so I am in the right waters.
Thanks

This wine, if I do it, a stop gap until we buy a house with some space I can use.
You plan to keep a bottle of wine handy to make the unpleasant conditions easier to bear?

I have to remember I make lots of posting mistakes when I try a quick post from my phone

And the autocorrect makes them worse.

Sorry!

My studio space and a couple pictures from it. In this case I used a cloth background, and I love that gray one. Very adaptable :
