Firmware update for Flashpoint X2 flash (Godox V1)

I have decided to change my flash needs over to the Godox system and purchased the Flashpoint X2 flash, which is the Adorama version of the Godox V1. But I am having trouble checking for the latest firmware updates if needed. I download the software but it can't find the bin file for the update. Any help with this? The camera is KP, but that shouldn't matter.

Contact Adorama for post-sales support. They should be able to provide some guidance.

Typically, Godox posts firmware updates in .rar archive files, which contain a pdf file with the revision history and instructions, and the firmware file. You may need to upgrade your WinZip software, or use something like 7Zip to extract the file from the archive.

If you're using Microsoft Edge as your browser, and you're not getting a .rar file, or the file association isn't for WinZip/7Zip, maybe try a different browser, or right-click and do a Save As on the download link.

Thank you for the link. I appear to have the latest firmware installed.
