Using Pentax AF160 ring flash and AF540 together in P-TTL?

Excellent! The little I've used the ring flash has provided great results. But, it can't solve the dark background at F16-22 problem of all on camera flash. Adding the AF540 really opens up the background in your photo. Can't wait to try this on flowers and bugs.

I'm lucky to have found someone with this exact match of equipment. Thanks for spending time investigating this combo and it's compatibility. Can't wait to see some of your images!
