Both flashes not turning on.

I have not messed with camera in a while due to health. I go to mess and both my 540fgz and 360 don’t turn on. My 200 fg does. I’m perplexed. I understand one dying but two is not possible.

I have tried all different batteries. To no avail.

Can anyone help?

The 360 just started working.

Put in new batteries and turn it/them on and let them sit, maybe cycle a few times. Depending on how long they have sat, the high voltage capacitor (what actually fires the flash tube) may take a while to reform (get its dielectric back to proper functioning).

AstroDave's suggestions are right on. Do you hear the high pitched whine of the voltage converter circuit - it may be faint? If so, just let it sit on.
The other thing I ran into is with some ridiculously fresh new batteries is there voltage was a bit too high for one of the flashes. So, I found 4 AA from some flashlight or radio that were "slightly used" and down just a bit.
Popped those in, and after about 20 mins with it powered on, I switched off and on again, and it work up.
