A-little-larger flash after Metz32-mz3: 40mz2?

Hi, I found an opportunity to upgrade my metz 32 mz-3 flash to a metz 40 mz-2. It will be used on K10d DSLR. Question is of course if this will give me more possibilities. In other words: what does the 32mz3 have that the 40mz2 lacks? Any others here who have done this upgrade and can tell from experience? Thanks in advance! Syb
