Is the power of ext. flash stored in RAW file?

I tried checking the power used by an external flash in a shot with a Pentax K20D, Sigma EF-530 DG Super and PhotoME (Windows).

I dragged the RAW file on to PhotoMe as I'd been warned that the JPEG version has less metadata. I could only see internal flash strength, not the power the Sigma shot at.

Is the strength of an ext. Pentax flash unit shot stored in the metadata?

Dan.
