ring flash - can help me?

i'm finding info about a "ring flash" (p-ttl) for pentax k10d\k20d.

i know Pentax AF160FC and Metz 15 MS-1, but i don't know info about differences.
please can you help me to find info?

and are there also others ring flash for Pentax?

There is Dorr Comby TTL system from Germany. I don't know about its availability outside of Germany. A couple of people on this site have one including a person that goes by FS99.

I haven't used one of the led lights. The are not a flash. They are on all of the time when in use.

Controlling the output for proper exposure. Another issue is dealing with shadows. Ring flashes deal with this issue by controlling each side or tube independently and also controlling the output independently.

It is possible to build a LED light that would be good, but most of the ones I have seen are not the greatest. This is just my opinion based on my experiences.
