Looking for flash sync kit advice

Hello all...this may have been covered in the past so I apologize but I'm looking to purchase a flash sync kit: link and want to know if anyone after seeing this kit, thinks it would work on my Pentax *ist DS.

Don't know, but looks interesting. Seems P-TTL would kill it though.

Might or might not work with p-ttl, some slave triggers and some flashes like some nikon units have a delay function that will work with p-ttl.

more annoying is that your flash will contribute to the exposure and you will need to try to block it from hitting the subject while still triggering the strobes.
