Help with a Suntax 928AFC flash

Hi guys.. I just want to ask if anyone has any experience on using a SUNTAX 928AFC flash. Recently, a friend of mine lend me his flash since I don't have any external flash yet. The flash does works on my K10D. I just want ask what the sign on the back of the flash means... they are - T , S , W1 , W2..

What's the use of the ISO thing? Does it means that I have to set the ISO on camera to be the same as the ISO on the flash?

Another question is how do I bounce it in when taking portraits? FYI, the flash only tilts and doesn't swivel. I knew of some bounce card but not really sure of how to make one for a tilt flash.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Charlie
