AF360 flash question

Does anyone have a work-around for the annoying as heck auto power-off feature of the AF360? Maybe it's because I'm using el-cheapo radio slaves (no IO pins, just trigger)... the darn flash turned off on me several times tonight, quite annoying.

Admittedly my Metz turned off too, but I easily disabled that.

I've tried googling this, but keep getting results comparing the 360 to the 48af-1 and the fact the 48 can disable the feature.

I don't believe there is a way to disable it.

I don't really get your question - the auto-power off feature does not seem to bother me as it wakes up immediately as soon as I touch any button (the shutter for example).

the flash is off-camera, on a radio slave trigger. it does not wake up when the transmitter sends a flash signal.
