OK all, the topic for this weeks challenge topic is:
Repetition repetition
repetition.
I've been doing a lot of urban-type photos lately and noticing a lot of great shots where you can capture repeating patterns, lines, whatever. Lets see what the fine folks on this forum can come up with.
The photos don't have to have any theme or subject, but should capture repetitive patterns or objects, natural or man-made to either highlight their presence or to isolate a contrasting subject.
The rules:
1. Post ONE photo (max 800x800) as a response to THIS post.
2. The photo must portray an interpretation of the theme. It can be colour or B&W, your choice.
3. You can offer as much or as little additional information as you wish, but I'd be interested to know the location/event/whatever being depicted.
4. The challenge is interactive. Any response is welcome.
5. The judge will pick the WINNERS and chose 1 of them to be the judge for the next week.
6. The challenge runs for 6 days plus a day for the judge to choose the winners.
7. Any camera will do but it must be a Pentax. (added by Jonas for Challenge #23: Just use any camera you want. I'm not discriminating anyone as long as the is an active member here)
The competition is open from midnight today (Sunday) August 19th until midnight Saturday August 25th. I will judge on Sunday the 26th and post results during that day.
Now get out there and start shooting!
Adam.
