First I want to thank everyone for so many good entries and making this a tough set to judge. I've looked at these many times the last few days.
So the 3rd place shot I liked very much. The texture of the stone walls and the way the second bridge tower was framed by the closer tower. The night lighting and streaking car headlights are a nice touch. I just wished the second tower was a little more centered inside the closer tower.

Second was very close to being first. I like how the closer bridge pillars frame the shot, as well as the arch across the top and water that frame the upper and lower portions. Then the diagonal of the second section of the bridge. Only issue would be the sky seems just a little too bright in the background.

And the winner. Well what can I say. Being a Blade Runner fan this was clearly the shot I felt was the best. It's great with the balanced exposure and subtle colour. The diagonal of the bridge across the frame that makes you look
into the picture and follow the lines into the fading distance.
It's almost as if the bridge was suspended in space.
