Weekly Challenge #213 Fences

Welcome to another installment of the PF Weekly Challenge!

This week’s theme is 'fences'. I know that a fence can be a great subject in itself (super for playing with DoF) or an excellent way to pull the eye into a scene. Show me a fence you couldn't walk past without stopping to take a photograph!

Challenge ends Thursday July 26th at midnight PST.

Have fun and make my job judging really difficult!

The fine print....
1. Post ONE photo (max 1024x1024).
2. The photo must portray an interpretation of the theme.
3. Post your single picture in this thread. If it's no obvious, explain what motivated you to take the picture and/or how you feel it represents the weekly theme.
4. The challenge is interactive. Any response is welcome.
5. The judge will pick the WINNERS and choose one of them to be the judge for the next week.
6. This challenge closes after 7 days, then allows for a day for the judge to choose the winners.
7. Any Pentax (or Samsung DSLR) camera will do.
8. Pictures can be from any time frame, not just within the week of the current theme.
9. In case the winner of a challenge is unable to become the judge for the next challenge, the winner will PM the #2 winner and pass the baton to that person to be the judge.

Fantastic start everyone! I am glad I'm not the only one who likes incorporating a fence into a shot! Go ahead and make it tough to judge, I've got some time off next week to devote to judging this!

It might be hard to see but there is a fence in this photo, it's upside down, but there nonetheless.

Saw this lizard scrambling along the top of our concrete fence around our property, on top of which is some barbed wire fencing. In this pic, the barbed wire looks like a cutting blade, ready to cut off the tail of the lizard.

Wont let me upload because it is already posted in another forum. This has barbed wire for a reason, the rf is so high if you climb it without a chain mail suit you will be pushing up daisies.

The way to get around that is to bring up your shot and "save as" another name or number. You should now be able to upload it. I hope this helps.---charliezap
