Wolfiegirl, the adjective "adorable" leaps to mind when viewing the photos you posted in this thread.

No doubt about it, she knows when a camera is around, and promptly puts out the cutest smiles like a professional model. Heart stealer she is. Blimey, she's cute. That 3rd one is super duper. Ok, now I can face the rest of the week .

@smf - those poppies are absolutely amazing. poppies are one of my favourite flowers and your photos are so sharp and the colours deep and mysterious. raynox eh? i might go and see what that's all about. LBA is striking again and it's hard to say no..

@noelcmn - here's a bonus one to tide you through the rest of the week, taken on the k100d 55/1.8. not as cute as the other three, but i really like the colour rendition from the k100d. looking at this shot also makes me think i need to clean my couch cushions...

Yesterday I've been to a lake garden in Kuala Lumpur, and had a chance to capture these little insects over the lake




And after that we went to a shopping mall, which was full of lights just like other malls
I had made some paper shapes (a week ago) to stick in front of my lens and create such a effect by making everything out of focus. So I decided to capture this instead of anything else )

Clou- as usual crisp shots, and very appealing symmetry from all you pics, but the 1st one and 2nd last one are superb! And gotta ask this- what rules were you breaking when you took #4? I somehow imagine you straddled legs apart above the line, with bated breath as the conductor walks past?

This is a station at one end of the line, so there are less trains passing and there were no issues being close to the line
