Welcome to another round of Picture of the Week. This is edition #269 covering 02 June through 16 June 2013.

POTW is a great spot to show off any shots you take in the upcoming week, or last week that you haven't processed until now. In other words, you can post your shots from this week AND last week.

1) No theme, just post your favorite pix.
2) 5 or less images per post just so the thread doesn't get too big.
3) Any Pentax or Samsung camera, film or digital.

A very colourful set, @noelcmn, with some strong shapes. I like that rose, atmospheric. It's strange to see autumn from here where summer is only just underway. Great shots of those two guys. They look like they are enjoying themselves.

thanks noelcmn wolfieboy calls it her 'church dress' and was a bit taken aback when i put her in it to meet friends. i pointed out if she only wears it for special occassions then she'll never wear it...

Beautiful images, @jmschrei. The second one of the daisies is marvellous and I really like the sensitive treatment of the shot of your daughter, soft and sharp both and nice higher-key tones.

Nice strong lines and pastel shades in your first shot, @paulh. Tough we don't seem to have signs like that here. I think there are more CCTV cams per capita in the UK than almost anywhere but there are suspicions that an awful lot of them don't work or at least aren't switched on all the time. Or maybe it's a case of if you survey everything then you survey nothing. Anyway, over here I guess that entire sign would be taken up with dire warnings about dog fouling.

Definitely a Lizard - and thanks for the compliments! Had a great time in West Wales, sorry if the Bala Lake ones are not up to it. Those were the most difficult to take.
