Weekly Challenge Caption Contest: Sept 6th through Sept 13th.

The Rules:

FUN IS MANDATORY! Anyone caught not having fun will be shipped a dozen kittens.

Submissions can be in any written form (no video or audio files) - caption, limerick, motivational, poem or prose - whatever inspires you to describe the photo or catch attention.

Contestants may submit more than one entry but it must be in a separate post. Important: whether you submit an entry or not, please “like” any posts you feel deserve it!

The Thread Starter is the moderator and must post an original photo at the start of the thread. Respondents have 1 week to submit entries, after which time the number of “likes” will be totalled to determine a winner.

In case of a tie the moderator will choose one to break the tie. The winner of that contest will be notified by PM by the current Thread Starter/Contest Host and will become responsible for posting the next original work to be captioned.

The winner for any reason can decline by PM to the Host. Then the second most liked entrant will be designated to Host the Contest and so on. Good luck to all entrants, thank you for entering, Now let the fun begin.

This will run from Friday September 6th to Friday September 13th.

The kittens remained very quiet wondering what caused so much barking, trusting their curiosity would not kill them.

Remember Rover said that if we can climb up to that nest we can become catbirds and then we will be able to fly. We're almost there!

Cat Trees are to be distinguished from Tree Cats. The former are also referred to as cat condos, kitty condos and/or cat stands. They are artificial structures for cats to play, exercise and relax on. Tree Cats are a rare, exotic species of cat until now thought to be extinct.

Alkazalsir was indeed fortunate to discover this pair of Tree Cats he photographed in the wilds of Peru. It was a courageous and fearless opportunity to advance our knowledge of the world we live in and those with whom we share it.

Happily he lived to share his venture and revelation with us.
