Thanks to Mike L for hosting last week's "Car" challenge and welcome to this week's weekly challenge - The Moon as an Element;
Your picture should have the/a moon in it, or be related some way, but not just a picture of the moon. I chose this category because it's something I like to do and there just happens to be a full moon this week. But your photo does not have to be from this week. By the way
challenge number 169 back in June 2011 was the moon theme. Be creative and shoot for the moon!
This challenge will run from today September 16 through Monday September 23 midnight GMT.
Rules are as follows:
1. Post one photo (max 1024 X 1024).
2. The photo must portray an interpretation of the theme.
3.Post your single photo in this thread. If it's not obvious, explain what motivated you to submit the photo and how you feel it represents the weekly theme.
4.The challenge is interactive. Any response is welcome.
5.The judge will pick the winner, who will then host and judge the next week's challenge.
6.The challenge closes after seven days.This allows a day for the judge to pick the winners.
7. Any Pentax (or Samsung) DSLR is acceptable.
8. Photos can be from any time frame, not just the week of the current challenge.
9. In case the winner of a challenge is unable to become the judge of the next week's challenge, the winner will PM the #2 winner and pass on the baton to that person to host and judge the next week's challenge.
