Welcome to the Weekly Challenge #55: Perspective

We all have different ways of looking at things and this week's challenge lets you show off your unique perspective. In photography, capturing a unique perspective could involve a wide angle lens, shooting from the ground up, or using an object to provide an interersting leading line.

Please submit entries by 7 AM EST on Monday, May 5, 2008.

The rules are as always:

1. Post ONE photo (max 800x800) as a response to THIS post.
2. The photo must portray an interpretation of the theme. It can be colour or B&W, your choice.
3. You can offer as much or as little additional information as you wish, but I'd be interested to know the location/event/whatever being depicted.
4. The challenge is interactive. Any response is welcome.
5. The judge will pick the WINNERS and chose 1 of them to be the judge for the next week.
6. The challenge runs for 7 days plus a day for the judge to choose the winners.
7. Any Pentax camera will do or a Samsung DSLR.

In Fredericton New Brunswick the Saint John river has hit 24 feet above normal levels and there is a fair amount of flooding in the downtown. Just shows how much snow we did get this year. Taken with th FA*300mm f4.5 (sorry my camera is broken and I can't get the lens off). Hard to climb a tree to get the angle with the parking meter. I bet I'll see myself on the internet somewhere. ("guy in suit and tie climbs tree for shot" -I was working)
