I'd like to start out by thanking the 44 people that entered this week's challenge. I definitely received the variety I was hoping for when I choose the topic.
Second, rparmar set the challenge host standard pretty high last week when he provided comments on all of the entries. Sorry to say but I won't be able to live up to his standards. However, I will gladly provide an in depth critique on any of the challenge entries if requested. If you would like a private critique, send me a PM. If you would like a public review, post your request in this thread.
The honorable mentions in this challenge are plentiful.
- woof for the most unique image of a Canadian goose I have ever seen
- J. Scott for a 3D entry that I tried really hard to see but couldn't
- hinckc … I love the motion of the dog's head
- Gooshin … a wonderful self portrait
- KungPow … great b&w conversion
- jmdeegan … I love the subject and the perspective but it could use a bit of post processing help
- tpeace … well spotted.
Now on with the show….
4th Place - Ansbert: Perfect long exposure and the post processing is spot on.
3rd Place - fletchercane: Strong composition and I'm amazed at how well you handled the tough lighting conditions
2nd Place - rodentarre:The wide angle affect is wonderful, making this a fun image to look at.
And the winner and host of the next challenge is ........
Dave Kitson: Stunning - what else can I say?
Thanks everyone.
