I visited my parents in Michigan last week. Nice trip if not a little too quick. I think I shot all of these with the K-3 & DA15.

Not the most exciting shot I've taken, but I'm posting this one to show off the capabilities of the K-3 in conjunction with the PhotoMerge feature in Adobe Photoshop. This image, composed of 12 shots taken on a K-3 with my very sharp modified Canon FL 55mm f/1.2, is 127 Megapixels in total.

If you don't mind me asking, so I understand, the 12 shots you merged....what was the difference between each one? Did you bracket them....?

Haven't been getting online much lately so I haven't been around...been getting some decent shots though, and just got the bird feeder set up for the winter so I should be getting some good bird shots in the future.

For now...Brown Thrasher in the kind of place he likes best



Elk and a White Tailed Deer or two. These are in a local area where the guy keeps exotic critters like elk, fallow deer and buffalo.

Thick fog on the lake yesterday. The second shot is just to the right of the first, you can see several patches of floating weeds in both shots where they overlap. 50mm f1.4 A series lens.
