Welcome to another round of Picture of the Week. This is edition #362 covering the period 10 May through 17 May 2015.

POTW is a great spot to show off any shots you take in the upcoming week, or last week that you haven't processed until now. In other words, you can post your shots from this week AND last week.

1) No theme, just post your favorite pix.
2) 6 or fewer images per post just so the thread doesn't get too big.
3) Any Pentax or Samsung camera, film or digital.

Skiing returned over the weekend and it was really good!
I also got to play with the new Lightroom pano stitching feature. Seems to work well and was very easy.

Here's a couple from a local conservatory / botanical garden after dark. I took my mother there for mother's day this past Friday. I may be posting a few more this week if I have time to process. These are my favorite two.

I keep returning to the tulips in our front yard. Here's one from Monday evening. SMC Pentax-F 1:4-5.6 35-80mm on Pentax K-x. A little processing in Photoshop Elements 13 and Nik Collection's Viveza. Comments and criticism are welcome.

This bee kept going back to this flower. I must have taken a dozen and this is the one I like the most.

Taken with an SMC Pentax M 200mm f/4.0 (not 55mm per EXIF data) set at f5.6. Both bee and flower were backlit by the setting sun. Cropped the original photo and converted to black and white using one of the preset settings in Elements 11.
