It was a fun challenge. Thanks for the nod for 2nd. It really is amazing what these folks put up with on a daily basis...the good and the bad. It's a shame some have gotten such bad press recently (some maybe deserved, some not). But, I wouldn't want to be faced with the split second decisions they have to make sometimes, and then be second-guessed after the fact.
