The Rules

Rules
1. Post ONE photo (max 1024x1024).
2. The photo must portray an interpretation of the theme.
3. Post your single picture in this thread and explain what motivated you to take the picture and/or how you feel it represents the weekly theme (especially if it's not obvious).
4. The challenge is interactive. Any response is welcome.
5. The judge will pick the WINNERS and choose one of them to be the judge for the next week.
6. This challenge runs for 7 days plus an additional day for the judge to choose the winners.
7. Any Pentax (or Ricoh DSLR ) camera can be used.
8. Pictures can be from any time frame, not just within the week of the current theme.
9. In case the winner of a challenge is unable to become the judge for the next challenge, then the winner will PM the #2 winner for that person to be the judge.

I really like this theme, I wish you could post multiple entries. Since you can't I've decided to go with the most recent really interesting interior I've been in. This is from the building that house the Ohio Supreme Court, a building that is a fine example of the Art Deco style. This is a small room off or the main hall on the main floor. You can see into the main hall which is a little less bold than this room. The building was so interesting to me that I spent about 3 hours on the first two floors alone and a little more time in the Law Library (top five floors).

They don't build them like they used to, do they? - all that lovely stonework and arches and stuff.

Taken inside the Royal Jordanian Airlines tent at the 2016 Royal International Air Tattoo, Fairford, UK. Having spent most of the day photographing aircraft this was a nice change.
