I am lucky enough to live close to a zoo - Topeka Zoological Park

it has, among other animals, 4 Borneo Orangutans, Pongo pygmaeus,

I love photographing them through the glass window of the outside enclosure (which may or may not be clean and which may or may not cause reflections)

I seem to see "feelings" expressed by the faces, what about you?

This picture was made in the wetlands in Almere and normaly it is a closed area. It is still out of season an the weather was reasonably grey. Color was to flat so i made it a B&W.
