This was not an easy decision, especially between the top finishers, but someone has to win. :-)

First Place goes to Stephen Hampshire - The shadow is the star here and the colors are excellent.

Second Place goes to Hattifnatt's Walk like an Egyptian - Love the fun nature of this nature shot.

Third Place goes to atupdate's dog photo - Love the quiet nature of this photo. Dogs sure know where and when to take a nap!

Honorable Mentions:
aaacb's concert photo - This one tells a story and the shadow really makes the photo stand out.
djb47's "After the snow" - Wonderful use of B&W to make the shadows stand out. Really lovely photo.
