Greetings Eva et. al.!

Here are a few from my week.

Some night shots of Hong Kong, some birds I saw at my neighbor's house (I've only seen these guys once in my neighborhood), and a gorgeous lizard of some sort that I've seen off and on for the past couple of weeks on my walk home from work. I finally had time to run home and grab the camera. Not only was it still there but it posed nicely for me.

Thanks for hosting again Eva, I like those Kestel shots, particularly the last one! Nosliwmit as always I love your shots of Hong Kong, and that lizard is gorgeous.
A contribution from me, before my week gets busy.
Monday Morning the 8th was my last day of my holiday in Port Elizabeth, and I was up early to try and get a sunrise at the Donkin Memorial and Lighthouse precinct. My entry in the weekly challenge.


Adjoining the precinct is the historic King Edward Hotel, and I practised some night shooting


Back in Johannesburg I found some more Street Art






And when you struggle for an image for the Daily In Challenge, the barbed/razor fence comes in handy

I have are these two shots of clouds with the gr iii. I used a polarizer and tried to match the color patterns with the clouds. If I get to develop/scan a roll of tmax, I'll upload some more, or perhaps next week

That's an interesting effect aaacb! - thanks again for hosting Eva. My photos this week were mostly taken with my K5 and a Porst (Enna Munchen) Weitwinkel 35mm f3.5, except the last where I used the Super Tak 35mm f3.5:









I may not have much more to post for a while as the difficulties associated with home renovations are taking over all my spare time!
