Project 52, Week 22 - Doors
Posted By: DanLoc78, 10-29-2008, 06:50 AM

Front doors, back doors, side doors, old doors, modern doors...whatever door catches your eye.

1. Anyone and everyone who is interested in eligible
2. Make an attempt to effectively capture the theme of the week
3. Post your single picture in this thread, and explain what motivated you to take the picture and/or how you feel it represents the weekly theme
4. Some post-processing is OK (adjusting white balance, exposure, color saturation) but let's try to stay away from heavily PP'ed images here. let's try to keep the creativity to photographic techniques and the captures themselves
5. There is one theme labeled black and white, but feel free to post black and white, sepia, etc. for any of the other themes
6. Have fun, provide constructive and friendly criticism, and fire away
7. You may post pictures taken before the current active week; however, only photos captured during the active week will be judged.

This week's theme "Doors" will run from today until Wednesday, November 5th.

Here's a kickstart. Not for review, just for fun. This might be my new front door soon if the offer we're making on a house tomorrow gets accepted.

Garage door from an abandoned mechanic's shop. The building is a very bland concrete block structure, but the doors are useful as a backdrop.

Are you tapping my phone lines?!

No, they didn't.

But we did accept their counter offer.

I *just* got off the phone with our realtor and faxed our acceptance of the counter offer. Hopefully have a contract signed by the end of the day tomorrow. Woo-Hoo!
