Here's a quick sample for this. This is a shot I took at a Hootie and the Blowfish concert. Shot with my K100D, Tamron 28-300 lens, 1/180 sec, 300mm (handheld), f6.3, ISO 1600. I just like this photo, even if his head is chopped off. It was the only time he jumped all concert.

Stand by your man

Country music satirist Nester Lou has just downed a Coopers beer and takes a break backstage while her partner Slim Knackers belts out a song in the background. Taken at the Canberra Folk Festival a couple of weeks ago

You've probably all seen my "steel and old wood" shot, so I thought I'd give it a rest. Here's another part of my lovely old cello.

Here is mine. Not a fantastic piece of art, but a pretty good piece of journalism. The great Pete Seeger in a duet with his grandson, Tao Rodriquez-Seeger, lead guitarist/banjo/mandolinist of the band "The Mammals" Taken at last year's "Clearwater Hudson River Revival" festival, a festival Pete started in the early '70's that gets better and better each year.

Another lovely shot. I saw "steel and old wood" and thought it was a viola!

Bramela

I just noticed that you are missing a string on the violin. Or is it a viola? I stopped taking lessons in the 8th grade.

8 stringed instruments, 1 piano (could that be a stringed one?) and one singer.

I am surprised no brass, woodwinds, drums, bongos, kazoo's, etc out there. Don't be afraid to express yourself. A stereo unit could count, as would your MP3 player. Give me some fun things.
