Yep I quit my day job and decided to open a bar in downtown Vegas



And the reason most come to Vegas visions of winning - this was sweet , our last day and we (well my wife) won a little bit of money. Enough to come home with some and that is a win

Frank - ahhh Corn ...... one of my favorite vegetables for sure - I could make a meal on Corn on the Cob and have at times.

My 900 Aero (SPG in USA) can still surprise a few V-8s, but a race engine would be fun.

A little late on the submission for last week, but here's another from the series of lightning shots I took last weekend during the storm we had in Vancouver.

dave: I guess the first round of beers for fellows pentaxians is on you
that circus looks pretty impressive and the fountaing has an almost surreal look
the first one from the bridge series is impressive too

photolady: the small lizard is my favourite

bruce: the second pic is the most appealing from the series, nice and strong composition, cool contrasty colors, though your pic presented in the project 52 is not bad either

dan: your girl has an alienish "costume"

georg: nice subject - big boats and boys playing
I liked a lot the name of that boat "maybe"

reeftool: man, you are pretty patient I like the first pic best

rense: nice detail in that spider, it really looks furry and sticky

related to the "dragonfly" that's quite a moment you captured :/ a bit tough

mtrout: the first one looks great, it looks so optimistic because of the colors

jezza:nice bicicle, with a romantic look

scatron: the picture with your daughter at the contest is a winner

aoski: from the second serie, I like the first metallic abstract

light horseman: these pis are great, they both enter into the "mood" category

andras:I like the second one best, maybe I would of cropped just a bit from the right side other than that the colors/dof/detail/idea are great



scott: nice sports shoot, you really captured the moment in this one
and in the penalty kick stop
your daughter is very photogenic as well, she sems really into the game

tom: gorgeous bird and beautiful pose, bring the pictures with herons on, you capture the birds pretty neat

captmacq: I like the bw locomotive

kevin: the second one is great, s/he seems to be smelling/listening to some incoming events

the pic with the spider is a killer

stratman: I like the light behind the leaves underlining their nerves

javin: the last pic of the motorracer looks like from a comic movie - the man has attitude

oldschool: I'll have to speak to the site admins to identify and ban posts related to sweets you guys are killing me, the sweets look so real and appealing, crispy and ready for serving, great job

xjohnno: I like the first flowers, do you know what species they are, they look pretty nice, never seen such

peter: the second picture seems to me a very fine abstract

I like the moment before marriage with the bride and the small lady in expectancy
