PROJECT 52-2-14 Focus: Out of Focus: WINNERS
Posted By: ceericks, 10-15-2009, 06:54 AM

Hello All,
My apologies for taking so long to judge this theme. Out of Focus seems like a simple theme, but its been tough to judge due to the variations of photos. I would like to congratulate everyone who entered a photo, good job!
With that being said, on to my top picks.

Third Place - Dan
Great way of using mother nature to achieve motion blur and make your subject OOF. Great shot!

Second Place - Tsukiouji
I really enjoy this photo. It fits the OOF theme to a "T", or should I say a "V" on its side.. Great job!

First Place - Rense
Of my top selections this was my favorite. The candle in the foreground draws my attention, while the 2 in the background are OOF. Congrats!

once again a bunch of great shots and like corey said, the theme was interepreted in many different ways. I don't envy his having to judge! But an excellent job you did Corey in picking the top 2. Top notch photos, both.

Thanks for third! I appreciate the comments.

Nice job of judging Corey. Once again the variety of approaches adds to our perceptions of how to take the perfect picture for the conditions. Looking forward to the varied appoaches to selective focus.
