Weekly Challenge #22 - Natural Lighting Portraits
Lets see those shots

Quick UPDATE : Just to clarify ?

Natural light is outside light. Your photos can be taken inside or outside taken by window blinds to softern the light or in shade etc etc.. as long as the source is natural and not man made ie: FLASH or studio lighting. I am looking for the the best use of natural light.

Hope this is clear

Pete

Da Boy

Completly changed my mind this taken today with my Tamron - was a nice evening outside for the first time in more than a week - here is the opposite of that innocent look I had before (besides quaility wise I think this one is better)

I will leave the orginal one just to show how different one can look

Two Reading

Taken in an old Life Boat shed, now a museum, on a very windy and overcast day. The sort of weather when the old lifeboats might have been called into action.

Sorry Pete, I haven't had the best weather to deal with when I've had the opportunity to shoot natural light Portraits

And this week doesn't look good either

By the way, nice pic.

Hi Stu

You image is very good but a tip would be to crop it and use silkypix to automatically adjust WB and Exposure. You can try silkypix free. You can always upload the edited version.

Cheers Pete

The kids posed for me after a swim in the kiddy pool. This one was pretty good.

Good Point - mine was taken indoors using the 'natural' light that came through the Kitchen window - it was indoors though.

Can we get a rulling on what 'natural light' is acceptable ? Outdoors Only ? If so I will have to change my submission as well.

thx........Dave
