By the time the Sigma is at f/2.4 it's pretty much as sharp as the 35/2.4. Below that it's not so good and focus is very hit-and-miss, so despite being a stop and a half faster it's not easy to get a real advantage from that extra speed, plus the Sigma is a lot more expensive and heavier too.
Many years ago I chose the DA 35mm Limited over the Sigma as a standard prime. A few years later I got the Sigma for a good price but, while I got some enjoyment out of it while I had it, I sold it on for the reasons above.
If you want a good 35mm prime for Pentax that's faster than f/2.8 then the HD FA 35mm f/2 is superior to both the Sigma and the 35/2.4. Stop down just to f/2.2 and it's sharper than the 35/2.4 wide open, it is also better at giving a 3D feel to photos. It can often be had for a good price in sales, so not that black Friday has passed, your best bet might be to wait until after christmas to get a good price on it.
